Resource Directory
Building Families secured a DECAT grant this spring to develop a resource directory. With the generous assistance from Kay Brown and the Head Start Resource Directory our volunteer Jolene Grebner, an intern from Buena Vista College, began the tedious task of collecting resource information to add to the Head Start Directory. Other directory’s around the counties, including United Way, AEA, and UDMO were utilized and as a result a one-time hard copy was printed and has been distributed. Because the hard copy will be out dated quickly, Kent Bailey with OPH will develop a resource directory web site for us. This will be available on line by the end of August at www.communitylinksforfamilies.org .
